** Some minor problems remains to be fixed. Once fixed, your pull request will be accepted.**
As followings:

Adjust folder strcuture, especially in /ETL/verify. Add a sub-folder like ../L1A_incre_test/ maybe a good choice.
Once add parse into usage, you may include the usage in folder's README or comments in-file to give clear instructions on how to use. Like your --force should be clearly instructed. Choose your preferred way.
